The course and the club
The championship course was designed by Joe Lee in 1973 and reopened in December 2023 after a renovation of the course and clubhouse led by architect Drew Rogers. Ricky is a member and plays it often; in his words, it is a very good golf course. Because the club belongs to The Seagate Hotel, members also have the Seagate Beach Club on A1A, a combination no other club community in Delray offers.
